Dear friends, I have primigravida patient with 18 weeks of pregnacy having renal agenesis with spinaal deformity in foetus. I advised termination of pregnancy .I have applied Dinoprostone gel intracervically twice at interval of 24 hours. Asoocitaed given is syntocinon in infffusion. But there is no response since 48 hours. what elase can be done or to wait for sometime?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
