Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattt??? She was admitted and went from 4 to delivery of the head in 10 minutes. What would you have done in that 10 minutes if you had known of her prior two SD deliveries? Avoiding "process errors" should be the goal of every labor and delivery unit in the country (or the World). This philosophy has been adopted with great success in the airline industry. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
