Me too in med school and residency. Back in those "olden days" before everyind in the US had multiple ultrasounds... and one of the ways to "confirm dates" was to identify the week you can first find the FHTs with the fetoscope.

I doubt if residents learn those soft signs of pregnancy and dating. The blue cervix, the softened isthmus and first FHTs ...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
