Subject: Pap question
50 yo G3P1021 with first abnormal PAP showing LGSIL. Colposcopy
was unsatisfactory. EMB was negative. ECC was negative. Cervical
biopsy showed HPV effect. There wasn't anything impressive with the
colposcopy at all.
My options would be 1. repeat pap in 6 months 2. Excisional
biopsy (LEEP, cone) 3. Review Pap and biopsy looking for some rationale.
Any thoughts?
