I would have agreed with you until I had a discussion with a young colleague recently about the definition of a "viable pregnancy". He made a distinction between a "viable pregnancy" and a "viable fetus"; by that method he distinguished between what I would have called a "live pregnancy" and a "viable pregnancy". I must say it makes a lot of sense to define it that way, though I still don't use the terms myself. Steve Braun, R. Daniel wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
