Wait a minute. Illinois may LOOK like a blue state on the election maps, but looks are deceiving. If you would just take the northeast corner, I'm sure you will have all the blue folks you need (and you can HAVE Richie Daley and his pals), and you can just leave the rest of us alone (except for that little tiny chunk in the middle that contains Blago--take him too).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
