If the patient is demanding delivery, it's going to be difficult to say later. You might offer to do her surgery as soon as you can get free despite who is "on call". At 37 weeks there is no reason to delay although you do have to inform the patient of the risks vs benefits of surgery now vs delay. Douglas Krell MD FACOG

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
