If she's a patient you have followed and she is anxious to have the surgery, I would talk with your partners and come to an agreement that you, your partners and the patient can live with. If the patient is demanding delivery, it's going to be difficult to say later. You might offer to do her surgery as soon as you can get free despite who is "on call". At 37 weeks there is no reason to delay although you do have to inform the patient of the risks vs benefits of surgery now vs delay.
