This is actually called netiquette. Or rather violation thereof through the use of non-standard, non-compliant mail programs. They usually carry a brand like Microsnot.

This is HTML and in fact the mail list software should reject all of these. Again, non compliant, non standard mail program used by ignorant contribuors. And, it is DANGEROUS.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
