Besides the fact that this has nothing to do with Obstetrics or Gynaecaology, I have to tell you that my sympathy with this loss of life is limited. At least they had a choice, it is my understanding that none of them were forced at gunpoint to join up, and casualties are an ocupational hazard. In particular if you illegally attack a country and violate very single provision of the Geneva Convention. And the permanent whining about this is just nauseating. But then we have had this here before repeatedly, American lives are much more precious than Sudanese, Ruandan, Iraquian or Puerto Rican for that matter. Can we stop this drivel now and return to Obstetrics and Gynaecology, please? el

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
