What a predicament, and the low risk VBAC (an oxymoron from the
liability perspective) might better be called the VBAC with a prior
vaginal delivery.
Anyway, it would be a shame to exclude them, as well as other good VBAC
candidates (breech in labor for Ob #1 comes to mind).
That said, can't blame you for not wanting to be the dumping ground.
I bet some people will plan repeat sections at 39-ish weeks and not show
up for the date, and await labor, against advice.
