Sounds like you operated with little time to spare. I would have used indomethacin like someone else said more for my corornaries than to stop labour. With ritodrine and possible sepsis from the black bowel and perf I would be woried about her fluid balance and pulomonary edema,her glucose may be hard to controll, sounds like she may be in the ICU; prayer is cheap causes no harm and may have some medicinal effect for the person doing the praying.
