Need some help with a case. We performed a SAH in a patient with HCV and cirrhosis. She was doing fine on the post-op, but on PO day 3 she started to drain ascitis from the surgical wound. She was draining 1000ml/day. We started to give her diuretics, and on day 7, she is draining only 300ml/day. I would like to know if you guys have any experience on these sort of case. My concerns: she will make a fistula, and will spoliate a lot from the ascitis. Thank you
