I agree - I also agree with Efrain's comment on recalling the start of laser ... how many hospitals have dusty lasers sitting around? And as you say - with the collateral circulation the tendency for any remaining fibroids is to get the blood from those other sources - and the beads can go into those other places, too. I hadn't heard before about sloughing off part of the bladder and vagina before, though. (Rob Modungo)

So I guess most of us are part of that "huge turf war" to keep our reimbursements rather than let the radiologists have the moolah...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
