If present, can perform ateriogram for confirmation followed by embolization for therapy should your patient wish uterine conservation. Hope this helps. Also, the patients I've seen presented with DUB refractory to the usual therapy, so not all present with catastrophic hemorrhage. (thank God.) Art At Wed, 11 Aug 2004, D.
