Thanks, Gerald. This was an excellent analysis. It made me regret how rarely I get to the Commonwealth Club these days. I joined about 7 years ago. That's where I met my wonderful husband. We were quite active in Club affairs for several years, but although we've maintained our membership we haven't been able to attend many lectures or events the last few years. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
