Well, I've seen "I have trouble with . . ." used primarily as a short-hand for "I have MY ideas and they're right, and you CAN'T have ideas which conflict with mine or else you're not only WRONG, but you're mean-spirited and not allowed to even HAVE those ideas, much less join any type of debate with me."

And so when the statement was made that "I really have trouble with my OB colleagues who . . ." I wondered if THAT was really what was meant.

I think I'm getting my answer.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
