Probably wouldn't matter. I would bet they'd call it "against public good" (or "contra bonos mores" as we call it down here) for a father to be able by contract to disavow himself from his child. This wasn't like a sperm bank type thing, but about a one-to-one relationship, however brief, which caused a baby, which relationship was mutually consensual.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
