Re: Damage Cap Hits Some HardFrom: Gerald P. Rodríguez (geraldpr@cybermesa.com)Tue Jul 13 22:18:46 2004
This is a very interesting take on this news story. The Wall St. Journal today carries that news and says that the brunt of the savings has been at the expense of the tort/trial lawyers. I would prefer to believe that *this* is the real version of the truth. Gerald P. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
