My guess is that if Bob is ever the Plaintiff's Attorney, he will have a great case and you will be in deep dodo if you are the defendant.

Ah, I remember the good old days when the only person I had to fear presenting a case to was Bob Carpenter as my faculty. At the time, that put the fear of God in me. Now I have to worry about "odds in a trial". All these years later, the upside is that if you could adequately present a case to Bob, you will never have trouble presenting to a plaintiff's attorney...

But what happens if Bob IS the plaintiff's attorney (in a few years)????? LOL Joe P.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
