Listers, I have two cases of AGUS that have me somewhat stumped: First case 41 y.o. with AGUS on pap smear (thin prep). Colposcopy unremarkable and satisfactory, including vaginal walls. ECC and EMB negative. Examination normal. Where to now - do I get more aggressive with D&C, ovaries... Second case 35 y.o. presents for routine exam. Pap returns AGUS. Colposcopy reveals very small lesions in the posterior vaginal mucosa, under the cervix. Biopsy returns endometriosis. Patient totally asymptomatic. How do I treat or do I? Lynn

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
