actually i'm referring to a growing body of literature implicating vaginal delivery in the etiology of genital prolapse and urinary incontinence. all i'm saying is that nothing is risk free and that i doubt you consent patients for those potential untoward outcomes. if you do, as the late great Gilda Radner would say, "Nevermind."

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
