I do like the suggestion of the endobag The Drs Pelosi ( in a recent OBG management)described the decompression of a large ovarian cyst removed abdominally through a mini-lap incision which could be modified for vaginal removal: Apply dermabond glue to the cyst wall, after drying, apply a transparent drape to the cyst - thus draping the vaginal opening. Then place a trocar through the area where the dermabond is glued to the cyst wall, decompress it - all the fluid goes to the outside - then remove the ovary transvaginally. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
