In my experience, the breasts often seem "empty" or flat after pregnancy and weaning. Then, over the course of a year or so they add back fat tissue to replace the glandular tissue that recedes after weaning. It's all about change when you live in a woman's body. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
