As far as I'm concerned, she is OK for a TOL.

Just wanted to pose a question to the group. Have a patient with a prior history of bilateral pubic rami fractures and fx of the ischium. Has healed completely and patient without any displacement. My instinct is that this is of no concern now that she's pregnant. Anyone else know if there is any reason for concern with regards to a vaginal delivery?

Thanks.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
