another example of our poor position

I just discovered (always the last to the club) that when someone applies for a loan, healthcare debt is not considered a negative. In other words, the financial institutions care not that patients may owe thousands of dollars to physicians or hospitals, but hell if someone will ever get a car if their JC Penny bill for $87 dollars is 90 days past due. Seems to me that this issue that needs attention. Perhaps then we may get fiscal respect when it comes to dealing with patient balances and insurance reimbursements.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
