Personally, I only order HPV (high risk only) when I get an ASCUS pap, that
way I don't have to worry about this type of conundrum. I would either
repeat the pap in six months or colposcope her. Any history of previous
abnormal pap? Recent change in sexual partners?

I would agree with Rich - there is an article in the Green Journal by Goldie
- Apil's I think that addresses different models but I'm not sure whether it
addresses your question.
