I'm rather thinking there may be abuse or incest in this mother's attitude. I would definitely investigate this further

I think this is fairly obvious. I'm just wondering if the midwife pointed it out to the mother.... Strangely enough, people sometimes can hear things from one person (or type of provider) that they are unwilling to hear from someone else.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
