ChallengeFrom: DoctorJoe@aol.comSat Apr 17 06:55:42 2004
This was a challenge by a lawyer somewhere (I didn't notice the state) who claims frivolous lawsuits, at least in medical malpractice, DON'T EXIST. I feel otherwise but don't have time to go crazy looking for some now (besides, they'd be at the district court level and probably difficult to find on computer). Soooooo, does anyone have one they can give me (or more than one) that I can answer with? Joe P.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
