No, but I have heard of:

1. Antibiotic associated colitis in a newborn, presumably due to transmission via the breast milk from the prophylactic dose of cephalosporin at C/S after cord clamping. 2. One neonatologist, citing European studies, holds the breast milk in the freezer from the mom of premies (32 weeks and under) until mom can be tested for CMV IgM and IgG, with the thought of NOT using the milk if CMV IgM positive.
