Boudreaux is working at the lumberyard, pushing a tree through the buzz saw, and accidentally shears off all ten of his fingers.

He goes to the emergency room.

The ER doctor looks at Boudreaux's hands and says, "Yuck! You really did a number there, bub. Well, give me the fingers, and I'll see what I can do. We have a plastics guy on call."

Boudreaux says, "Mai', I don' got de fingers, Doc!"

The ER doctor says, "What do you mean, you haven't got the fingers? It's 2004. We've got microsurgery and all kinds of incredible techniques. We could have put them back on and made you like new! Damn!  Why didn't you bring the fingers?"

Furious, Boudreaux holds up his fingerless hands and asks,
