Once I was successful in a premenopausal woman in inducing lactation in a woman who was adopting. But there shouldn't be any problem with lactation here if she is going through a pregnancy. I take it it is the 54 year old who is pregnant, and we're not talking about a surrogate? I think I'm confused. Steve
