Re: sidua post abortemFrom: Romana Dmitrovic (romana.dmitrovic@zg.htnet.hr)Fri Mar 26 03:39:42 2004
Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately it is not blood clot - it has neovascularization with color doppler. I will have another beta HCG on Monday, and I was thinking curettage if it is higher than 1100. Pathology indeed did not show any trophoblast and I am thinking about the possibility of the ectopic, although I think it was blighted ovum. Sincerely, Romana > >Yes wait and follow B HCG to -ve, only repeat curettage if patient has >fever or heavy bleeding. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
