What would be your recommendation be on unsuspected Ib well differentiated focally superficially invasive (12%) adenocarcinoma in hysterectomy specimen?Ovaries looked normal at surgery, but were not removed. 1) do BSO and nodes 2) do emperic radiation Rx 3) do nothing 4) other
