Maybe we could mandate a headset for the physician so he could dictate "on the fly" during any delivery or other procedure. Then the transcriptionist would type out the grunts and groans, the "uh-oh" here and there, the "aw sh*t!" and all that stuff. Or should that simply be "expletive deleted"?
