And there WERE many more IUFDs, preterm deliveries and neonatal deaths. Personally, I wish ALL women would go to midwives, as long as the buck stopped there. But, instead, when the sh*t hits the fan, they come running to the 'experts' and then we get the liability. Nice system, if you are a midwife. I told you I didn't want to go there.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
