If a patient won't consent, then ask her what she's in the hospital FOR? I would think there would be some part of the consent form she objected to, not the whole thing. But you'd have to question each individual patient for their reasons.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
