Some time ago we had something akin to what you reported, and by the way a really nice save, that appeared to arise from rather "vigorous" uterine massage in the RR secondary to atony. That's why I asked basically if there was an opportunity for trauma.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
