Tubal ligation was done for her on 01-10-03.She had reguar menses after that.She had her last menses on 16-01-04.She came to us with ammenorhea 5.4 weeks.Urine pregnancy test was positive.Ultrasound showed no intrauterine pregnancy, a 2 cm by 2 cm cystic lesion was seen in the right ovary.B-HCG value is 1518.What would be the most appropriate course of management for her. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
