Health care for the masses has always run a defeciet this is true for both public and private health care systems. Most Canadians would not pay the cost of thier health care premiums, well actually they are not paying for the cost of thier health care that's the problem, 30 % would never be able to pay for the premiums anyway.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
