The hematoma is located between the endometrium and myometrium. After discussion with the patient, the plan is hysteroscopy, attempt to get to this area and drain it, possible hyst. I appreciate all the comments; I'll let you know the outcome. Tami Dairiki, M.D. private practice Scottsdale, AZ
