Or even if someone IS looking for it. I still remember the two 10+ lb. babies I delivered for one mom (2 separate pregnancies) . Neither was a shoulder dystocia, but I checked clavicles carefully on both because of their size (and because I routinely do a full physical on all my newborns at birth--FP). Did not feel either one had a fracture clinically, but both times when they came to the office for their 2-wk checkup they each had a nice callus formation over one clavicle.

Don't feel bad, Dan, Tom Benedetti confessed to never having been able to purposely fracture a clavicle at a conference I was at years ago.
