Our Ortho rep assures us that it's not the case (no surprise there), our ovcon rep tells us anyone over 155 needs a 35mcg pill (no surprise there either) If you're obese and want the patch (and I see a lot of obese here in San Antonio) I counsel and encourage them to wear on their arm; or try to talk them into Nuvaring Knock wood, no pregnancies yet (certainly better than nothing or forgetting pills).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
