I got them because in my opinion, they have the best 2D image on the market presently. The reality of 4D is that it is seldom relevant to the formal scan. I will grab a 3D/4D for the patient if the fetus avails itself and provide it only as good will - I don't charge above and beyond. Good thought though if you can get away with it. One involved party has interest in offering 4D scans and saving them on a disc/VCR/whatever for the patient as a service, a la "fetal foto" type places that apparently are out there.
