I might consider limited ambulation, close monitoring, and even some oral terbutaline, to keep ANY contractions at a minumum.

Since she's a multiple C/S, whenever your cardiac reserve starts to go or when she has any increased symptoms of anything, steroids and C/S delivery.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
