Efrain how's your patient doing? any decision yet re: TOP? Agree with the group ... boyfriend's issues are peripheral here. Regarding mass ... reevaluate at 13 wks if still pregnant noting any interval change, then again at 16 -19 ... plenty of time for surgery if deemed appropriate. Otherwise, re-evaluate post TOP. 6.5 cm mass present at 9 - 10 wks unlikely to be hemorrhagic CL cyst but there are patients who apparently don't read the textbook. any chance you could get some representative scans to the ultrasound section? try this link ... http://apps.obgyn.net/ultrasound/photos.cfm saludos! art

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
