I agree with Dan. I would leave it alone until postpartum. No reason to terminate unless reasons beyond the adnexal mass. Lynn Left ovarian cystectomy at 3 months postpartum. If you are too nervous to wait that long, left ovarian cystectomy at 20 weeks gestation. This is no indication for a TOP. If she wants TOP for other reasons, then do that and do the left ovarian cystectomy at same time or 6 weeks later. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
