I agree with Dan. I would leave it alone until postpartum. No reason to terminate unless reasons beyond the adnexal mass. Lynn

Left ovarian cystectomy at 3 months postpartum. If you are too nervous to wait that long, left ovarian cystectomy at 20 weeks gestation. This is no indication for a TOP. If she wants TOP for other reasons, then do that and do the left ovarian cystectomy at same time or 6 weeks later.
