Just to reminder to Aetna providers

Proof of Claim Deadline: Aetna Proposed Settlement September 30th is the deadline to complete and return the proof of claim form for the Aetna proposed settlement. If you do not submit a proof of claim form to the settlement administrator prior to September 30, 2003, the portion of the settlement fund that you are entitled to receive will be donated to a charitable foundation that has been established in connection with the settlement of the class action. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
