Actos (PPAR-a)? Evista (alpha receptor)? Forteo (AC / PKA and IGF)? If You bump into one of Your thrombosis (reopro/xigris) colleagues - might You ask of the mechanism of hepatocyte injury from heparin? Wondering if the transaminitis described with LMWH is related to non-fibrin mediated toxicity (Hewett 1955) from LPS that Xa inhib can not address but unfractionated can. And what role there might be for Protein C (Laterre 2002). (Any inside info on prelim studies on Glycoprot IIa/IIIb inhib in pregnancy from Europe?!) The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
