Re: anxiety and breast-feedingFrom: zygote@icsi.netFri Sep 5 10:59:39 2003
Richard, All can be used during breast feeding. They are also used in pregnancy when indicated. No reason to d/c post partum. The same used to be said about Dilantin Coumadin etc. The amount that gets into breast milk is usually not sufficient to cause a problem with Babe. Antenatal fetal serum levels would be considerably higher. If you have questions Call me on my back line 713-795-4684 in the day time or @ home 713- 664-8888. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
