Listers, Anybody doing this with their postmenopausal patients that refuse to give up HRT? Any data out on long term safety yet using this approach? Are you doing annual U/S to monitor endometrial thickness or EMB's or unnecessary? I think this may prove to be the safest option post WHI but am unencumbered with data...please point me toward some or give anecdotal information, if you have it. thanks, Michael

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
